VIP Riviera Service will assist in evaluating hotels, negotiating rates and making all group reservations.

We are happy to negotiate net rates on your behalf and pass them on to you as long as you subsequently handle all communication and monetary transactions directly with the hotel.

Should you wish VIP Riviera Service to handle all hotel payments and contracts for you, a commission will be charged based on the cost of rooms, food and beverages. For rooms provided during special events (VIP Riviera Service allotments) commission paid by the hotel will be retained by VIP Riviera Service.

A venue-finder fee will be charged for our assistance when no ground services have been requested. Hotel commission will be retained for all individual hotel bookings.
